It's important because timing is everything! Coordinating all the announcements, releasing guests for dinner, announcing the first dance up to the last dance of the evening is vital to making your event perfect!

Your family and guests also need to know when dinner is served, when the cake will be cut and when your first dance will start so they will be ready for that special moment!
